Practice Manager of Paediatric Therapy Clinic

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for overseeing the clinic's daily operations, from managing staff to handling client interactions. You will be an integral part of growth and expansion.

**Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Manage our operations and provide administrative leadership. This includes: people management, systems, improvements and audit, project management, HR, IT, data management, setting customer service standards and engaging the team to deliver on these standards.
- Develop and and maintain front desk and office protocols
- Contribute to clinic policy and procedures
- Actively perform front desk and reception duties
- Administrative support for staff and practitioners
- Coordinate accounts and billing
- Recruiting and training new reception staff
- Patient liaison role (welcoming and onboarding new clients and managing a waitlist)
- Scheduling patient care programs
- Handling new patient enquiries
- Personal administrative tasks to support to clinic directors
- Review of website and social media platforms (including strategy), coordination of team responsible for execution, and supporting systemisation of marketing strategy
- Plan and coordinate marketing activities
- Social media posts and content
- Reporting to clinic directors
- Contribute to and develop systems for smooth running of site including systems to support efficiencies of customer service team and clinical team
- Human resources including recruiting, onboarding and payroll
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Sparks clinic, including clinic presentation and stock levels

**SELECTION CRITERIA**:
**Previous experience requirements**
- Minimum 2 years as a clinic health manager, preferably within an allied health setting where patient-centric care is provided
- Working with children and their families, as well patient of all ages with neurological conditions
- Have demonstrated experience as an integral part of a developing and expanding business
- Possess (or be eligible) a working with children check (WWCC)

- The ability to engage and interact with patients, including a clear phone manner.

- A solution-based approach to managing the clinic
- Be flexible in the role and duties**Technical Skills**:

- Intermediate proficiency level of Microsoft word and excel as a minimum
- Intermediate experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) preferred
- Digital media (eg Canva, website, blogs, Adobe) experience is preferred
- Quick learner of patient management software (Cliniko)

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
