Preventive Health Administration Officer

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task in a work environment that delivers multiple services.

- Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
- Experience working with CRM systems or clinical systems will be well regarded.
Qualifications, registrations and other requirements
- There are no mandatory qualifications for this role.
- Service delivery is from 8am to 9pm (Monday to Friday), and 8.30am to 5pm (weekends and Public Holidays. Flexibility can be negotiated regarding start and finish times, however, this position must provide coverage during daytime Monday to Friday.
- The HCC supports staff in the Preventive Health team to work from home up to 50% of their allocated shifts.
- There may be a requirement to work across more than one site to ensure Business Continuity in response to technical system issues, and planned and unplanned building works. The HCC's current Business Continuity premises is at Zillmere.
- We understand that some people may require adjustments to the workplace or the way the work is performed. All applicants are encouraged to advise the panel of any support or reasonable adjustments (i.e. building access, wheelchair access, interpreting services etc.) that may be required.
- It may be a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against one or more of the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No. 01/16): measles, mumps, rubella (MMR),varicella (chicken pox),pertussis (whooping cough),hepatitis B, tuberculosis
