**About the Role**

As the HR Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide HR support to employees and managers across the country. Your contribution will be essential to ensure the sustained growth of the company. You will be part of a culturally rich company and will leverage your expertise to assist in a breadth of HR issues and administration.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide support with the end to end recruitment process such as writing job advertisements, screening, interviewing, reference checking, medical bookings
- Manage the full spectrum of an employee's tenure, from their induction and job transitions to their departure from the organisation
- Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues including procedures, legislation, and compliance with the Enterprise Agreement
- Support the training and development process
- Maintain, develop and improve HR Policies & Procedures
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and wellbeing
- Ensure that the HR function operates efficiently and effectively

**Skills & Experience required**
- 2 years of Australian experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- You are known for being warm and engaging and working with a wide range of people and personalities excites you
- You have a high degree of attention to detail and a solution-focused style
- The ability to build strong relationships with all employees, managers, and leaders within the business
