HR Advisor Role - Healthcare - Sydney CBD - 2 months possible extension - $50ph + Super
**Your new company**
Your new company is a hospital in the heart of Sydney CBD.
**Your new role**
As a HR Advisor, your role will have a transactional side and an advisory side.
**Responsibilities**:
- transactional support to the team: raising letters, running reports, answering to HR queries on the HR inbox, etc..
- providing policy advice and interpretation to managers
- assisting managers in performance management matters
- assisting managers with complaints and grievances
- assisting in projects
**What you'll need to succeed**
- relevant experience in a similar role providing advisory support to managers on performance management, grievances and policy.
- proactive attitude, being a self-starter
- ability to work independently as well as in a team
- excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Fully vaccinated against COVID
**What you'll get in return**

- 2 months role with possibility of extension
- Office based role in the Sydney CBD
- Hourly rate up to $50+ super
