The Lead Fabricator role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced lead fabricator seeking to work with an entrepreneurial team and contribute to the growth of our company.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - to 2:30 pm, with a half-hour lunch break
- Salary: Starting at $100,000 - $120,000 annually
- Holidays: 20 days per year plus public holidays
- Reporting to: Managing Director

*Salaried role may require flexibility beyond standard hours to meet business needs without additional compensation.

Required Licenses:

- Western Australia Driver's License.
- A forklift license is preferred.

You will work from our factory and showroom, which is located in Balcatta. Role Summary:
As a crucial leadership team member, the Lead Fabricator oversees a small team of fabrication technicians, ensuring efficient production in alignment with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. This hands-on role reports directly to the Managing Director and involves meticulous attention to detail and dedication to excellence within a collaborative team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Client Liaison Manager for production planning and delivery.
- Lead production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage production team members.
- Uphold factory Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
- Contribute to supplier performance reviews and supply chain management.
- Provide ongoing training on factory procedures and policies.
- Maintain machinery and oversee service and maintenance schedules.
- Participate in production-related business planning and improvement initiatives.
