As one of the leading educational institutions in Brisbane, this organisation seeks a strong School Administrator to join their Senior School Administration Team on a permanent basis.

**Your Role**

This role is primarily responsible for coordinating daily supply teachers and internal supervisions to cover teacher absences (before 8.00am) across the Senior School each day, as well as providing general assistance to the Senior School Administration Team in coordinating parent-teacher interviews, staff professional learning, school events and general administration.

This role requires accurate and efficient use of school databases and systems.

This is a full-time term-time only position plus 3 weeks (2 weeks prior and one week following the academic school year totalling 41 weeks per year). The role is 38 hours per week and is required to work the hours of 7.15am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday onsite at the school premises.

This role is classified at a full time equivalent base salary of $74,293, which pro-rated to 41 weeks is $58,577 + Super paid across the year.

**Your Profile**

You will be a strong administrator looking to bring your skills to an esteemed school environment. Experience with rostering, timetabling or scheduling will be highly regarded, as will previous experience in a school-based administrative capacity, however transferrable skills from other industries will also be considered.

It is imperative you demonstrate a friendly but polished, professional demeanour and a demonstrated ability to use and pickup various software and databases quickly. Familiarity in using a CRM, LMS or ERP system is essential.

You will be required to hold or obtain a Blue Card to be successful for this position and proof of permanent working rights in Australia will be required to be considered.
