HOBAN Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Workplace Services Officer within facilities to join a Federal Government Department.

Workplace Services is a dynamic nation-wide team that provides contemporary building management services and ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of all department sites and additional subleased sites.

As a Workplace Services Officer, you'll manage timeframes, provide assistance and advice to a range of stakeholders to support the delivery of outstanding service in effective building and workplace operations. The department maintains there corporate amenities and build strong, productive relationships with our staff, guards, cleaners, vendors and service providers
- Located in Chermside, Queensland
- $40 - $45 p/h + superannuation
- ASAP start - until end of January, with possibility of extension, pending business requirements.

**About the role**

Responsibilities could include, but not limited to:

- 100% onsite role, during business hours
- provide our clients with a professional working environment, ensuring a clean, safe, productive, and sustainable workplace for all employees
- Provide advice and recommendations on routine and complex enquiries from stakeholders in relation to a broad range of Facilities Management services
- Undertaking a range of Facilities Management activities
- Assist in the facilities management and the purchase of workplace goods and services for clients
- Provide facilities and accommodation support such as assets and equipment management, building maintenance and fleet management
- Liaise, negotiate, and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and team members
- Resolve issues of new or unique nature that may be moderately complex in a timely manor

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professionalism at the highest level is required as you will be working with Senior Executives.
- Previous experience working within tight legislarion guidelines and able to follow policy and procedures.
- Must be Australian Citizen
