**Project Supervisor | SMP**

**ADENCO** is currently on the lookout for
**Project Supervisor’s **with experience in SMP to join our team on a permanent basis in Western Australia.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Project Manager, in this role you will:

- Work on several major dewatering projects.
- Contribute to a culture where Safety & Health is held in the highest regard.
- Participate in, and conduct behavioral observations, and promote, recognize and reward safe behavior.
- Contribute to the delivery of Project on time, within budget and quality standards, including:

- Daily planning, maintaining, coordinating and monitoring construction programs and completion of activities involved in the Project, and communicating on same with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring the works between subcontractors is coordinated with mínimal interface disruptions.
- Seeking the most efficient techniques, methods and materials.
- Ensuring works are executed in accordance with quality management plan in conjunction with Project Engineer and Project Manager.
- Lead and develop an effective and productive team, including:

- Managing the work performance of self and direct reports.
- Developing alignment between team capability and project’s objectives.
- Safe and on time delivery of all aspects of the projects you work on.
- Working on a 2:1 FIFO Roster on BHP, Rio Tinto and Roy Hill sites.
- Managing and protecting Client Relationships to ensure further opportunities will be secured.

**Experience and Attributes**:
To be successful in the role, you should be able to demonstrate the following attributes.
- Prior experience in a Supervisory capacity, preferably within the construction or resource sector, preferably Mine Site Water Infrastructure Projects.
- 5-10 years’ experience with site installation of structural steel, pipework and mechanical equipment (carbon steel, stainless steel and HDPE).
- Demonstrated experience with assessing and implementing safe work activities in challenging and evolving conditions.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively and positively with a range of internal customers and external suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.
- Proven communicator who can lead, train and influence positive outcomes with those they work with.
- Ability to accept guidance, seek and provide input to achieve the best project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Have the right to work in Australia.
- Recognized Australian Mechanical Trade Qualification.
- C class manual driver's license.
- Ideally trained in Section 44.
