Customer Service and Project Administrator

A well-reputed company is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service and Project Administrator to join them

**Your new company**
This company is a manufacturer of precision-engineered Australian-made, steel framing products that are used by leading residential home builders across multiple states and territories.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for administering functions of the end to end project lifecycle to ensure compliant project delivery to Company promises and client expectations. Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Provide material take-offs and estimate to manufacturing workgroups
- Analyse and use data for continuous improvement initiatives
- Prioritise and schedule projects for fabrication and site installation in accordance with client schedules, business capabilities and operation demand
- Log and action client feedback, provide resolutions and outcomes within service response times
- Advise management on matters requiring escalation
- Action and/or implement any reasonable directions of Management
- Administration duties including, processing estimates, customer purchase orders, entering budgets and monitoring activities for the project
- Working with relevant business team members to understand and facilitate resolution of customers and stakeholders concerns or queries
- Assisting and training team members where required

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role.
- Previous experience in a customer service and administration role is essential
- Experience within the building or construction industry within customer service is highly desired
- Knowledge of D365 is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated the ability to multitask and handle a challenging role
- Demonstrated the ability to work in a team while also being able to work autonomously
- Recent national police clearance or willing to obtain one
