Internally referred to as the Digital Channels Creative Specialist, you will support the delivery of innovative and industry-leading digital content across AGL’s owned and earned channels to build and enhance AGL’s brand in line with our corporate strategy. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering digital, graphic design, animation, and video content - with a primary focus on AGL’s corporate social media channels, LinkedIn and X.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Channels you will:

- Support our strategic goals, including telling the AGL story, and deliver compelling visual digital content that lifts our user experience, both internally and externally.
- Use animation, videography, photography, and graphic design to create innovative and engaging content which elevates our social media content.
- Manage the production of digital content from planning to production and execution.
- Support photography and videography of key communications for major external events, such as financial results, AGM, and major corporate announcements.
- Support the Digital Channels Specialist with guidance on UI design for our corporate website and intranet.
- Support the graphic design elements of digital collateral as and when required.
- Ensure all work is aligned with AGL’s brand guidelines.

About you

What you’ll bring to the table
- Experience in a digital content role, either in-house or within an agency working with a high-profile brand.
- Proven graphic design experience, including basic animation.
- Extensive experience using the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of UI and accessible design principles.
- Proficient photography, and video production for a digital environment.
- Understanding of best practice trends and innovation in digital content.
- Ability to collaborate and influence within a matrixed team and work with all levels of leadership.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and a forward thinker, with a willingness to be bold in story-telling.

Please note that this role requires occasional travel to various AGL sites across Australia, including NSW, South Australia and within Victoria.
