**The Position**

We have an opening in our Mitcham showroom. We are looking for an enthusiastic sales person who has the ability to develop strong rapport with customers and inspire referral business. Dedicated and strong sales skills will empower you to assist customers and guide them through their product selection, product information, quoting, order preparation and after sales assistance.

The successful applicant will receive extensive product, sales and customer relations training to allow you to exceed in your role. Our culture of education and ongoing training fosters the foundations for success. Previous industry experience is not essential but will fast track you through your training.

**Package**
- Salary
- Commission on sales
- Comission on construction and kitchen referrals
- Sales orientated position with monthly KPI's
- No ceiling to total income earned - sales based.

**Showroom Hours**
- This position is full time - 38 hour week
- 5 day rotating roster - Roster includes Saturdays
- Saturday is compulsory
- Alternative day during the week of - Perm RDO
- Showroom Hours (Mon
- Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm) (Saturday 10.00am - 4.00pm)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
