**Key Responsibilities**
- Educate clients on our platforms, trading products, and procedures.
- Manage administration and account setup of customer accounts.
- Collaborate with Finance and Account Management teams to meet client needs efficiently.
- Assist in implementing new systems, technology, and processes.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

**Selection Criteria**
- Fluent in Japanese** essential**:
- Proven experience in customer support in a professional environment.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.
- Ability to work with individuals from multicultural backgrounds.
