As an Account Manager at Humanforce, you'll be an advocate, an educator, and a relationship-builder. Your mission will be to empower our existing customers, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve their commercial goals.

Commercially minded, you understand the balance between customer needs and commercial objectives and you are confident negotiating that line.

A real team player, you are confident collaborating across a business, working with all sorts of different teams to get outcomes for your customers.

**What you’ll do**
- Proactively seek new engagements with customers through revenue opportunities, transactional quoting, hardware quoting, and general queries.
- For your SMB MM territory you will strictly manage a sales pipeline, assess territory, and strategically segment and prioritize customers based on opportunities at hand
- Utilise our CRM and other integrated software to effectively manage customer interactions and sales pipeline.
- Take ownership of inbound customer inquiries and provide timely and knowledgeable responses.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on revenue opportunities.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships through exceptional sales and customer service skills.
- Unleash your sales prowess and take your career to new heights as an Account Manager at Humanforce.

- Software sales guru: You have a proven track record in selling software. Your expertise and experience in this field will be invaluable.
- Customer service fanatic: Providing exceptional customer experiences is ingrained in your DNA. You consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, leaving a lasting impression that sets you apart.
- Interpersonal magician: Your ability to connect, build relationships, and negotiate is second to none. Your natural charm and charisma win people over effortlessly, making you a master at building strong partnerships.
- Organisational powerhouse: Chaos? No problem. You thrive in organised chaos, effortlessly managing multiple tasks and priorities with precision. Your time-management skills are exceptional, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Bonus points: While not essential, if you have experience selling Workforce Management, Payroll, or HRIS software, we highly regard your expertise. Your knowledge in these areas will be an added advantage
- Previous entry level sales experience required.
