About the role

Vincents Lending Solutions specialise in simplifying finance and providing expert guidance. Our team are experts in business finance, personal lending, and debt advisory.

As we continue to grow, we offer an exciting opportunity for a Broker's Associate to join our Brisbane-based team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing essential support to Finance Brokers and Directors, facilitating efficient administration, enhancing customer experiences, and managing loan lodgments and approval processes. This position is ideal for individuals keen to expand their expertise in lending solutions while working within a supportive team that values continuous professional development. We are open to considering applicants seeking flexibility and interested in being engaged on a part-time basis.
- Collate and verify loan documents, while processing a high volume of data entry and maintaining data management systems
- Maintain and build client relationships to achieve a high standard of service, facilitating the booking and finalisation of settlements
- Provide post-approval and settlement care to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

While experience in banking, finance, professional services, or customer service is advantageous, it is not necessary
Familiarity with mortgage products and processes is preferred but can be taught
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Structured, process-oriented, and organized approach with high attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously, exhibit initiative, and maintain a strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong time management, problem-solving, and planning skills.
