We are seeking a Quality and Inventory Warehouse Supervisor, to lead and implement continuous improvement in quality to meet Volkswagen Group Australia (Logistics Process Audit) Quality standards.

**The role**

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, as a high-level overview you will:

- Maintain all daily aspects relating to warehouse quality, stock control and storage maintenance
- Ensure Quality Control processes are performed systematically
- Ensure the timely processing of AIMS
- Storage planning, and inventory accuracy.
- Lead and implement quality standards, and a continuous improvement culture across the site to achieve operational excellence,
- Lead and manage the team and resources effectively
- Owner of training on site, including ensuring development of local training matrixes in line with national framework and correct delivery to training requirements
- Review operational processes and streamline where possible
- Ensure OH&S guidelines are incorporated into daily activities

**You will have**:

- Proven and previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a team including managing KPIs
- Forklift licence
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management and ability to multi task
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to operate on a WMS (Warehouse Management System - SAP desirable)
- Experience in a 3PL environment and Automotive industry exp highly desirable
