Assistant Commercial Property Manager

A unique opportunity for a local Property Graduate. Be mentored by one of the largest boutique Asset Management Groups servicing the South West, St George & Sutherland Shire commercial market.

**The Role**
Seeking a property Graduate to become an Assistant Commercial Property Manager. You will be mentored to eventually have your own portfolio. Being responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. This role will be supporting an experienced Senior asset manager on a mixture of commercial and industrial assets in St George/ South Sydney / Sutherland Shire.

**The Responsibilities**
- Working alongside and assisting a Senior Asset manager with the day-to-day running of a mixed office, retail and industrial portfolio.
- Portfolio of 290
- Navigating through the property management software - Cirrus 8.
- Arrears management
- Lease admin, negotiating new and renewing leases.
- Following up on trades/maintenance orders
- Attend client meetings.
- Routine inspections
- Outgoing budgets: review and implementation.
- Reconciling accounts.
- Strong verbal and literacy skills are preferred.

**Ideal Skills/Experience**:

- A tertiary qualification in property economics, business or finance is preferred but not essential
- Either Property management, Admin or Commercial experience preferred
- A Real Estate Certificate of Registration is preferred but not essential
- MUST LIVE LOCAL
- Refined communication and reporting skills
- Excellent Time management
- Great team and office culture
