What will you be doing in this role:

  • Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections with support
  • Manage 170 residential properties all Inner West based
  • Oversee maintenance requests and renovations
  • Manage communication with Strata Managers
  • Issue lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Manage rental arrears
  • Prepare for and attend NCAT as required
  • Manage bond and insurance claims
  • Experience managing a portfolio end to end
  • A positive can do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Sound knowledge of the residential tenancy act
  • Experience directing junior staff and helping to mentor them
  • The ability to think on your feet and problem solve
  • Confident communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic and passion for real estate
  • A current certificate of registration or real estate licence
  • A reliable car and valid drivers licence
