**The Opportunity**

The Project Coordinator will support AccessHC to deliver on our ambitious Strategy by partnering with key project personnel to improve project management capability & discipline. The project coordinator will support the PMO Lead to deliver major organisational projects. The role will report to the PMO Lead, and will also work closely with Project Sponsors, Project Leads and Project team members as well as the Executive Team, Senior Management and other project stakeholders as required.

**What you will be doing**

**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Work with the PMO Lead & Project Sponsors to review and monitor the delivery of the AccessHC Business Plan, aligned to the organisation’s Strategic Plan
- Monitor and report on delivery of business plan activities
- Partnering with project stakeholders and teams to initiate, plan, manage and monitor project delivery and outcomes
- Support design and execution of project implementation process, including business requirement gathering, process documentation and solutions design
- Champion project management discipline through promoting project management discipline & practices methodology, best practices, and standards

- _**Key Selection Criteria**
- Tertiary qualifications in project management or/ or business-related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management /or Project Coordination or similar roles
- Effective time management and well-developed presentation and report writing
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement with the proven ability to strategically engage, negotiate and influence others to achieve outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software
