Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at KayalFoods Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue across our diverse range of offerings. Reporting directly to the [specify relevant position], you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and developing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

2. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.

3. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.

5. Analyze sales data and market insights to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.

6. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

7. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:
