**Woods & Co Recruitment** are on the lookout for a Service Desk Analyst to join our client’s established team
**IMMEDIATELY**

This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of Australia's preeminent investment and wealth management firms, with incredible learning and professional growth opportunities based in the Melbourne CBD.

Success in this role will rely on your skills to troubleshoot and support users within a Microsoft/Office 365 environment, as well as having a professional and clear communication style.

**What’s in it for you?**
- $65,000 - $75,000 + super (negotiable based on experience)

**What do you do?**
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff for IT incidents and service requests;
- Receive, record and resolve IT support requests and problems within the prescribed SLA’s;
- Analyse requests, identifying, diagnosing and providing a first-time fix solution for a wide range of systems including desktops, hardware, wireless networking, operating systems and software;
- Setup, configure and maintain IT equipment including PCs, laptops, smartphones and printers, desk phones;
- Ensure effective, regular and timely communication is provided to all stakeholders/requesters;
- Build relationships with staff and advisors;
- Contribute to the education of staff and advisors as well as other members of the IT Team;
- Retain ownership of calls and monitor services desk request and escalate/expedite where necessary;
- Create user guides and documentation to aid users in their use of systems.
- Managing tickets with external services providers (printers etc)

**What experience do you need?**
- Relevant Tertiary or Industry Certified qualifications
- Strong customer service and work ethic
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to enable effective identification and resolution of IT related issues
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience in troubleshooting network environments
