**HESTA Placement Program (Internship)**

**The opportunity**

Commencing in July 2023, our Placement Program (Internship) will provide you with the opportunity to gain experience in a real job while developing your technical and business skills. The Placement Program will run over a period of 12-16 weeks and the successful participants will be given the opportunity to work on exciting projects within our Investments, Technology, Digital, Growth, Member Engagement, Marketing, Legal, Finance, or Risk and Compliance teams.

As a HESTA Placement Program participant, you will work on a particular project within your assigned team. You will be given regular coaching and support from your manager and mentor, as well as ongoing interaction with your peer participants to ensure that you get the best experience out of this Placement (internship) Program.

The HESTA Placement Program will commence on 3 July 2023 and will run over a period of 12-16 weeks. This program is provided on a full - time basis but part - time options will be considered as well.
