**Your Role**

We have an exciting opportunity within our newly formed cyber underwriting agency, Cylo, sitting in the Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) division, for a Development Underwriter to manage the relationship, service, strategy and distribution of the new cyber product to Cylo's Broker Network.

In this role you will develop and execute a distribution, sales and retention strategy for Cylo to ensure budgets are achieved. You'll play a significant part in leveraging and aligning relationships to create better synergies, access to decision makers and greater consistency for all our Brokers to significantly impact efficiency, growth and profitability for the Cylo business.

**This role is a permanent, full-time position and must be based in Sydney, NSW.**

**About You**
- Extensive experience in building relationships within the insurance broker market
- A solid understanding of underwriting, insurance financials along with strong commercial acumen
- Results oriented and committed to achieving challenging objectives and delivering excellence
- An understanding of cyber market and insurance preferred
- Tertiary qualifications and ANZIIF preferred
- Experience in General Insurance(GI) with a strong understanding of GI functions
