It’s an exciting time for tennis in Australia and we have ambitious plans to continue to grow the game from grassroots through to high performance. We are transforming how we deliver tennis, with the aim of making it more accessible, to more people, more often. To help us achieve our plan we are looking for a Communications & Campaigns Lead to join our team at Tennis Victoria (TV) on a full time, ongoing basis.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Profile & Partnerships, the Communications and Campaigns Lead is responsible for providing expertise and implementation of all Tennis Victoria communications (internal and external), promotional opportunities and campaigns. This will include brand management, promotions, campaigns, communications, media engagement and publicity.
- Develop and execute marketing plans key deliverables.
- Design collateral for promotional resources and internal documents for Tennis Victoria.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and facilitate continuous improvement of marketing activity through analysis.
- Build engagement, improve brand awareness and position Tennis Victoria as a leader in Victorian community sport through targeted and engaging content.
- Produce high impact communications across various mediums to engage key stakeholders including the website, eDMs, media releases and social media.
- Develop timely and accurate reports for media performance that highlight the engagement the audience have with traditional and social media.

About you

What you will bring to the role:

- A high level experience in the full range of marketing, digital, copy and content development, public relations, and communications projects.
- Excellent written and communications skills, with a high level of proficiency in content writing and ability to write to a high standard.
- Demonstrated understanding of emerging brand and marketing trends including developments in new media
- Experience with WordPress CMS, Airtable, Workday, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft 360 Dynamics (desirable).
- Alignment with the Tennis values of Excellence, Humility, Collaboration and Imagination
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
