**Position Summary**

**About the role**:
In this dynamic and busy role, you will use your outstanding communications and project management skills and draw on your campaign deployment experience to develop, deliver and continuously improve customer and employee engagement and contribute to the growth and success of Uniting AgeWell.

Leading a small team, you will implement communications and PR strategies and campaigns that resonate with their intended audience and align with organisational objectives. Together you will be responsible for sourcing, editing, packaging and pitching engaging and dynamic content and project managing the end-to-end production of high quality collateral, including newsletters, blogs, brochures and reports.

As part of a larger, outcomes-driven Marketing and Community Relations team, you will be responsible for maintaining effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues, the media, suppliers and contractors. You will keep pace with the rapid growth of the organisation and respond to extensive sector change and consumer demands with innovative and compelling communications and campaigns.

**You will need**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism or marketing, and at least three years’ experience in a similar role with demonstrable evidence of your capacity to produce and place channel and audience appropriate content, together with strong editorial and publications production expertise.
- To work flexibly and effectively from the office, from home or at any of our sites.
- A current Victorian Drivers’ Licence, noting some travel (including interstate) may be required.
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Police Records Check or be willing to undertake this process
- A current Working With Children’s Check (VIC)
- Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination and be prepared to meet this ongoing requirement
