**About the role**:
Leading our Change Management Practice, this role is titled **Change Chapter Lead**, in line with our agile structure.

The Change Chapter Lead has a deep level of knowledge and expertise in the Change Management & Communications with a proven record of accomplishment as a practitioner and a passion for leading and supporting people to be their best.

The Change Chapter Lead is the custodian of the approaches and methods relating to their Chapter capabilities across all areas of ITS, to support the design, delivery, and maintenance of products and services managed within our Value Streams. They will mentor and develop staff within the chapter, fostering a culture of excellence and maintaining a focus on achieving outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead the change management team/chapter within ITS of 6-10 employees.
- Steer the scope and shape of work, ensuring organisational wide links are made.
- Lead a team of change professionals, ensuring deliverables are coordinated across the full scope of work.
- Oversee the management of all change management aspects of the project lifecycle including planning, benefit realisation, adoption and closure.
- Implement and monitor integrated change management strategies and plans. Including deep understanding of the depth of the business process change, potential issues with technology adoption and the degree of effort required to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation and proficiency with the changes that impact a diverse workforce.
