As a member of the Synergy Change Management Practice, you will be supported on your development journey and also contribute to the team’s goals and objectives. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Change Practice Leadership to improve the professionalisation and capability of the change management practice.
We are looking for Organisational Change Management practitioners at junior and senior levels to work in a fun, collaborative and high performing team environment. Our teams deliver organisational change management solutions that are co-designed, practical and comprehensive.We are looking for OCM practitioners who have Government experience and led or been involved in:

- Programs or projects providing the client with a complete change management solution from planning to sustainment.
- Designing, planning, and delivering end-to-end change management solutions, utilising co-design and based on regular client engagement.
- Producing change management deliverables to a high standard and on time. Must have a minimum of Baseline clearance.
