**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of international students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language acquisition.
- Develop creative teaching materials, resources, and assessments to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to aid their language development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic staff to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum.
- Stay up-to-date with language teaching methodologies and integrate innovative techniques into your lessons.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or 3 year tertiary equivalent plus recognised TESOL qualification such as:

- CELTA, Cert IV TESOL, Trinity TESOL Certificate or
- Post Grad Cert TESOL, Post Grad Diploma TESOL, Masters in TESOL or
- Bachelor of Education with ESL Method or
- Graduate Diploma in Education with ESL Method
- Experience in training English Students at a range of different levels and mixed nationality classes
- Experience in assessing students and providing feedback
- Experience in developing course curricula, planning and delivery
- Passion for cross-cultural communication and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by international students.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
