**Responsibilities**:

- Gain an in-depth understanding of blue collar recruitment needs within Trade, Labour, or Business Support.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their organisational culture, values, and specific hiring needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and employment legislation.
- Actively contribute insights and best practices during team meetings.
- Independently focus on and develop specific industry streams to expand and grow your own professional space.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills for managing multiple recruitment processes.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve individual and team goals.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, recruitment software, and databases.
- Genuine interest in focused industries.
- Recruitment experience is required and sales skills is desirable.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
