Finance Administrator

- We’re seeking a full-time permanent **Finance Administrator** to support our Defence contract and proactively manage allocated workload in a timely and accurate manner based in our Parramatta office.

**What you will be doing**:

- Act as a daily point of contact around Procure to Pay, Open PO’s/ Invoices/ GR IR discrepancies.
- Reconciliation of invoices and vendor statements.
- Actively drive reduction in Open PO’s, GRIR and VIMs (Financial good housekeeping).
- Support the Finance team when required.

**About you**:

- You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance.
- Previous SAP experience is essential. Experience with Ariba is desired.
- Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge in purchasing (end to end purchase to pay) and accounts payable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
