- The purpose of the RBS Learning Capability team is to: _
- _Implement a learning and development strategy that optimises learning operating model, enhances our learner experience and supports our people to embrace new ways to learn and grow _
- _Guide creative learning and development interventions, through effective analysis, sourcing, design, delivery, assessment and effectiveness, with a focus on performance and delivering to the business strategy _

**_Do work that matters: _**
- The purpose of the Manager Learning Solutions is to partner with the senior manager and team to help set the strategic vision and roadmap for development of learning solutions for the RBS contact centre portfolio. _
- _You will lead a small, highly motivated team of learning consultants focussed on deeply understanding business learning & capability needs linked to performance and strategy _
- _Partner with key RBS business stakeholders to ensure that learning solutions support and deliver on measurable business outcomes for the contact centre. _
- _Partnering with SM Learning Partners to define and deliver the squads plans and backlogs aligned to key priorities as defined including clear outcomes and metrics to track effectiveness _
- _Build strong cross business relationships to facilitate decision-making, manage risks and create advocacy for the function. _
- _Ensuring that all planned learning interventions across RBS have meet our design standards to maintain consistency and achieve quality outcomes. _

- _Demonstrated experience in partnering with stakeholders and other team members to achieve success in all aspects of learning within the employee lifecycle _
- _trong understanding of adult learning principles and learning assessment/evaluation methods desirable. _
- _Strong needs analysis and critical thinking. _
- _High level stakeholder and client management skills. _
- _Working knowledge of agile methodologies or familiarity with working in an agile environment _
- _Contact centre experience desirable. _
