- **Establish procedures to review requirements and build test plans, strategies, documentation, roadmap grooming, and spending budgets.**:

- **Work and interact cross-team with clients, product managers, developers, business analysts, and IT personnel.**:

- **Work with clients to understand business and customer requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions.**:

- **Identify and log defects and track problems through to resolution.**:

- **Research, evaluate, and incorporate new technology and tools to enhance the product development process.**:

- **Analyze problems and complete detailed explanation, tracking, and/or recording of defects. Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, test, integration, and implementation of products and services. Involved in investigating the issues, bugs, and feedback as they arise.**:

- **Keen to understand the existing automation solution and capable to troubleshoot and suggest suitable solutions for framework issues.**:

- **Collating and monitoring the defect management process.**:

- **Managing the changes and executing regression tests.**:

- **Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling.**:

- **Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues they face and updating them on the situation.**

**Capgemini Testing Service Line provides Testing and related Environment/DevOps services to various financial clients. This service produces clearly identifiable results, notably the reduction in the cost of software development and maintenance by up to 30%, enhanced quality levels, improved time to market, and importantly mitigation of technical and business risks.**

**Let’s talk about your capability and experience**:

- **At least 5 years’ experience in a similar tester role.**:

- **Willingness to fully take responsibility and ownership of the quality assurance process.**:

- **Hands-on experience with agile methodologies; demonstrated ability to provide a testing perspective as an input into backlog refinement and sprint planning.**:

- **Proven experience in evaluating and testing new or modified software programs by preparing and executing test plans and test cases to ensure they conform to business requirements/user stories.**:

- **Testing of web services and APIs**
