**About the business**:
Based in Sydney Olympic Park, Samsung Electronics Australia is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry.

**About the role**:
The Marketing Executive will support the overall marketing activities of product launches with the marketing manager. They will ensure campaign elements such as assets are downloaded and ready for use in line with timelines and support with the overall launch and sustained activity. They will also ensure that finance administration is supported on time with all campaigns including raising of requests and approvals are achieved.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Maintain team activity calendar
- Maintain budget tracking sheet for owned projects:

- Process budget proposals, purchase orders and invoices in the system as required
- Support IM finance marketing assistant to manage marketing expense forecast on a monthly basis
- Work together with the all teams to ensure most urgent processing of TL marketing activity forms and processing of stock for sample use
- Liaise with finance and product team for effective sample management
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure all finance and company requirement are followed
- Adhere at all times to company policies and procedures in the completion of required duties
- Manage social activity with the support of corporate marketing to deliver assets on time
- Maintain monthly calendar of all online assets, banners and promotions
- Manage Samsung Marketing Cloud including the sourcing and supply of product images, logos, screen shots and specs for use by team members and external parties

**About you**:
**Required**:

- At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Assistant or Administrator
- Bachelor degree in marketing (preferred) or commerce/business

**Preferred**:

- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Passion, drive and a can-do attitude
- Team player who thrives in high pressure and fast paced environments
- Agile and able to adapt quickly to change in circumstances
