We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join us in nurturing and elevating our brand. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass the management of our social media accounts and providing support to our Marketing Manager in his daily operations.

Your creative talents will shine as you develop and execute effective marketing strategies, coordinate content shoots, and engage with potential partners.

Collaboration is key, as you'll closely collaborate with both our Marketing Manager and Venue Managers to ensure our brand reaches new heights.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Designing skills

Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- A bubbly personality with a dash of banter.
- Passion for Italian food

It’s a plus:

- Fluency in SEO, AdWords, Meta Marketing, and copywriting
- Experience with video content creation
- Experience in the hospitality industry

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:

- Continuously monitor campaigns to maximise performance and ROI.
- Produce visually appealing reels for our social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posts across platforms.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, and nurturing a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with Marketing manager to implement and test strategies that aim at improving website traffic, grow our social media growth and bookings.
- Collaborate with Marketing manager in conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth in the hospitality sector.
- Collaborate with Marketing manager to manage and enhance the partners and Influencer programs.
- Analyse social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Main responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**: Develop visually appealing and compelling graphics, videos, and written content to be used in marketing materials, social media, and other channels.
- **Administrative Support**: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage and improve partner and influencer programs.
- **Analytics and reporting**: monitor and report on the performance of social media and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Marketing Manager to provide actionable insights for optimisation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Venue Manager to develop and support creative marketing strategies and initiatives.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
