**Position**:
Braemar College is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Health and Physical Education passionate about education. The teaching allotment is for Years 7 and 8. The position commences in Term 2 and is for the remainder of the school year. If you have a preference for part-time this could also be an option..

The curriculum expectations are well-prepared and resourced.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain high standards of learning and teaching, assessment and reporting that are relevant, collaborative and future-focused.
- Use data to inform differentiated practice.
- Plan collaboratively with teaching teams.
- Be enthusiastic about teaching.
- Deliver and promote student wellbeing within the College.

**About You**:
It is expected that you will:

- Be enthusiastic about the education of young people.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the curriculum.
- Be a highly skilled and dedicated teacher who contributes to the team.
- Display sound knowledge of teaching pedagogies and practices with a focus on developing students' knowledge and skills.
- Have a tertiary teaching qualification that enables you to teach.
- Have a proven ability to participate effectively in a team environment.
- Hold current Teacher registration with VIT.
