Essence Communities unique offering provides tailored Build to Rent (BTR) Management Solutions, for projects across Australia and New Zealand. Our foundation of experience and expertise has propelled our operations to be leading the transformation of Australia’s rental sector. With current projects in operation in Brisbane and Caulfield, and a growing pipeline of projects and partnerships with Institutional clients.

**Our Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Resident and Community Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. Day-to-day you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and handling of the residential experience to ensure the residents feel part of a greater community through the hosting of regular events, maintaining a current and active digital community platform and ensuring agreed service offerings are available and meet expected standards.

**The Property**

The property offers premium rental living experiences across 437 apartments within the one complex. Elevated living experiences are provided through 6-day onsite management, premium resident amenity areas, customer service focus and resident events & engagement program.

**What you will offer**
- You will have extensive property management experience in one of the property sectors.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and be adaptable at exhibiting strategic intent in order to maximise property performance and deliver on KPI’s
- Comprehension of the key metrics that impact and grow the financial performance of the asset, using knowledge to drive revenue and continually improve resident experience.
- It’s important that you’re a strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and foster long term relationships.

**Your responsibilities**

Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Champion the Resident Community Engagement Plan, ensuring resident experience is maximised through an exciting community events schedule
- Drive additional revenue through the property by developing and implementing an Ancillary Income plan in line with property demographics & local providers
- Work with the Marketing Manager to write and deliver on an annual marketing plan which delivers budgeted occupancy at the agreed rate as per rate grid
- Research, establish and maintain statistical data to support future sales and marketing activities of the business
- Liaise with Head Office on the implementation of marketing strategies
- Actively obtain testimonials from guests to grow online presence and google reviews.
- Be at the forefront of Built to Rent in terms of resident experience and champion initiatives that drive Caulfield as a market leader in the industry in Australia.
- Ensure that the UniLodge, Essence Communities & Realm brands are protected

Our mandatory requirements include:

- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Valid National Police Check, or willing to obtain at your own cost
- Current Agents Representative Certificate lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria - desirable
