**This opportunity**

The purpose of this role is to lead and support the execution of Process Maturity Program within the Credit & Collections team. Process Maturity is a disciplined approach that enables the enterprise to align its business processes, people, and systems to its business strategy.

This role reports to the Head of Credit and Collections and works closely with the C&C Operation Managers, BPO Process Team, Care Demand, IT Delivery, and Improvement teams. They will help to lead the program and achieve the maturity target for the Credit & Collections Team.

The C&C Process Lead needs to focus to identify, design, execute, document, measure, monitor, audit, and control business processes to achieve consistent, targeted results aligned with the Credit & Collection team goals.

**Responsibilities**

- Design fibre paths in our GIS.
- Create work instructions for field staff.
- Ensure data capture standards are met.
- Basic system administration.
- Data analysis.
- Reporting.

**Knowledge and experience**
- Tertiary qualification in GIS (preferred by not essential)
- 2 years GIS experience (including study).
- Knowledge of the ESRI ArcGIS suite of programs.
- Knowledge of ETL processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Ability to adapt to a changing working environment.
