**Customer Service Officer**:
The main duties are required for frontline administration duties. Tasks will include reception/phone switch duties, allocation of fleet vehicles & vehicle maintenance, data entry, file remediation, processing financials & subpoena duties.

**You will carrying out a range of administration duties including**:

- reception - answering and transferring calls, meeting, and greeting visitors and clients who may attend the CSC from time to time. For this task, they must be polite and able to treat all visitors to the office respectfully.
- Filing - making up files, retrieving/replacing files in the compactus, and noting the filing database about a file’s location. Filing financial information and flex sheets.
- Photocopying records and files for subpoenas and collating documents for court.
- Assist with store ordering.
- Process invoices for payment through One SAP/IMS which includes scanning payment documentation and sending to Invoice Management for payment.
- General office machinery tasks such as changing toner cartridges in the printers, and loading printers with paper.
- Motor vehicle tasks including arranging for motor vehicle servicing, delivering motor vehicles for service, and arranging for cleaning of motor vehicles.
- General administrative tasks as requested by the Senior Customer Service Officer or Service Support Manager.

**Key requirements for the successful applicants**:

- Must have a current driver’s license.
- Adequate computer skills (mainly Words and excel
- Desirable but not essential - knowledge of SAP systems and Trim would be useful.
