Coordinating and executing all event deliverables in lead up to and on the event day
- setting up and managing venue selection, event invites, run sheets, guest lists, timelines, volunteer(s).
- Be onsite at all face to face event locations to assist with a range of activities

including event logistics, registration and enquiries, speaker liaison, room setup

and coordination, volunteer coordination, registration, provide assistance in

relation to sponsors and exhibition, and other duties as required.
- Liaising with suppliers, third party vendors, speakers and facilitators to collect bios

and photos for inclusion in the program, arranging online group meetings to discuss

the respective conference session; and coordinate travel and accommodation

where required. Assisting in updating the conference program and website with

speaker/facilitator details.
- Assisting with post events & conference surveys, thank you letters and grants

reporting.
- Managing meeting agendas and notes for all internal and external meetings,

prepare reports and other correspondence. Updating YLB events website with

events information.
- Representing and promoting the company professionally, with a clear

understanding of YLB’s mission and relevant policies and strategies, as required.
- Performs other duties directed by Emma’s new title

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term, Casual, Seasonal, Temp to perm, Volunteer

**Salary**: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Event planning: 1 year (required)

- Working with Children Check (required)
