Fleet Sales Manager

Exciting opportunity has come up for a Fleet sales manager for a well-established and fast moving brand in the Motor sector. Our client is seeking an experienced Fleet sales s Manager to lead and manage a Fleet sales team to achieve an agreed quota/revenue target by gaining business from new and existing clients, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
**Purpose / Main area of Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a weekly sales activities report.
- Maintain sound knowledge of the manufacturer's fleet plan.
- Maintain a professional association with fleet clients, fleet lease and fleet management companies.
- Ensure all customer complaints are actioned immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of dealership fleet accounts and a formal follow up system within TUNE for all fleet clients.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet these goals.
- Ensure sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards at all times.
- Attend training programs as requested by management to maintain and improve knowledge and skills.
- Ensure Fleet team compliance with relevant company policies, procedures and requirements, and in general take any reasonable steps and precautions to protect or minimize harm to the workplace, the environment and our employees.
The Fleet Sales Manager carries out a range of duties related to the selling of new vehicles, including:
- Maintaining a high knowledge level about Toyota vehicles and products
- Ability to understand cost benefits reasoning analysis among product range and communicate to clients
- Understanding the customers objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes
- Forming long term business partnerships with customers in order to leverage future transactions/ purchases
- Maintain Sales Documentation and ensure it is up to date at all times in accordance with the Toyota Sales Policy guidelines
- New business development - be proactive by searching
- Achieve the KPI's set by the Dealer Principal.
Salary on offer $70K per annum plus super and company car
