**The role**:
Reporting to the Building Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the completing of tasks relevant to the pre-delivery of a home ensuring presentation for practical completion and handover.

You must have a contractors license, white card and public liability insurance.

**Responsibilities**:
Carryout common tasks which may include, minor flushing rectifications, painting, tile replacement, door and lock replacement and adjustment, plus wet area maintenance to brickwork and render.

**To be successful you will bring**:

- Preferably carpentry background, who possesses multiple hand skills. Own tools and trade vehicle are essential
- Contractors license, white card and public liability insurance
- Customer service skills
- Proven time management
- Attention to detail
- Making conscious decisions
- Reliable
- Excellent communication skills
