As the Revenue Analyst, your primary focus is to support Revenue Manager and the Revenue Team in delivering optimised outcomes.

**Accountabilities**:

- Producing and analysing revenue reports that provide insights and practical use for the team
- Ability to develop simple ad hoc report & provide insights and analysis
- Review, explore develop, and establish process improvements
- Roll out the new Resident Management system and implementing business changes
- Ensure correct financial records and providing excellent customer service to key stakeholders
- Reconcile payments to ensure the system reflects the correct transactions and debtor aging
- Perform updates in daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately
- Produce ad hoc reports as per user requirements to provide analysis and insights

**Qualifications Required**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or studying accounting desirable but not mandatory

**Experience / Knowledge Required**
- Demonstrated Aged Care industry knowledge
- Have an outcome-oriented mindset and ability to learn and work independently
- Documentation and writing skills
- A confident presenter with advanced communication skills and customer service skills
- Highly motivated and able to take initiative
- High attention to detail and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Experience in reconciling accounting figures and financial records
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet)
- Experience within Dynamics (Trax) and/or Epicor environment desirable
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
