**The role**

The role provides support to a busy and dynamic team, responsible for maintaining grain purchase contracts, facilitating payments, and delivering essential products and services.

This role is part time and we are able to consider between 24 and 32 hours a week, with the option to work one day a week from home.

**Key responsibilities**- Execute, administrate, and amend all grower contracts and financial documents in a professional and commercial manner, adhering to company policies, procedures and maintaining an audit trail- Ensure high value and volume transactions are administrated accurately thereby managing risk and financial exposure- Develop and nurture working relationships to collaborate for excellence across business units- Work cohesively to provide exceptional service to internal, consultant and grower customers through efficient and accurate turnaround of administrative requests- Support the development and maintenance of the Marketing & Trading product suite- Prepare data and create reports as required- Develop and implement sustainable continuous improvement initiatives and perform user testing- Contribute to regular document maintenance to ensure the integrity of approved work instructions- Undertake on-going cross training to support all Accumulations Products and Services team roles and tasks as required

**Skills and experience**- Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience in a similar role- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a busy administrative role- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills- Ability to work on multiple tasks, and under pressure- Certificate IV or degree in business / agriculture / administration or equivalent
