Adelaide, Australia WBH Legal Full time

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct legal research on various topics as assigned by attorneys.

2.Assist in drafting legal documents, including briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence.

3.Organize and maintain legal files and documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.

4. Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies as necessary.

5. Assist attorneys in case preparation, including organizing evidence, scheduling witnesses, and coordinating trial logistics.

6. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and facilitate case management.

8. Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting the practice area.

9. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervising attorneys.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or related field.

2. Previous experience working as a paralegal or in a legal support role preferred.

3. Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to analyse complex legal issues and communicate findings effectively.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and clients.

8. Familiarity with relevant laws and legal procedures in the jurisdiction preferred.

9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
