**Job summary**:
The Airport Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Airport Manager and Melbourne Airport location.

**Organisational structure**:
This role reports to the Airport Manager and has no direct reports.

**Key accountabilities**:
**General**
- Ordering stationary and amenities for [location] and raising purchase orders
- Attending meetings and minute taking when required
- Organising catering when required
- Ordering uniforms for employees and maintaining current stock
- Providing administrative support to the Airport Manager, Operations Managers, Duty Managers and Customer Experience and Sales Manager
- On boarding new employees to the location, including setting up training logins, site tour and updating staff records
- Providing assistance at [location] during peak periods if required
- Actively promote a positive working environment
- Assisting employees with general queries and escalating to management if required
- Processing rollovers and fuel reconciliation
- Postage of lost property items back to the customer

**Person Specification**

**Education and professional qualifications**:

- Full driver’s license

**Work experience/background**:

- Previous administrative experience
- Previous experience in an autonomous role

**Technical / business skills & knowledge**:

- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work autonomously
- The ability to analyse processes and information, identify problems and trends and develop effective solutions and strategies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Demonstrated Service Excellence Orientation, and commitment to the Avis Budget Group Vision, Mission and Values
- Actively supporting and promoting positive representation of the ABG brand, both individually and at location
- Comprehensive knowledge of Avis Budget programs
- Comprehensive knowledge of Avis Budget policies and procedures
