**The Opportunity**

This is a hands-on role supporting the marketing and communications team with planning, creating and executing marketing and communication initiatives across both brands. Working in a collaborative environment, you will be based onsite at either our Norwood (SA) or Melbourne (VIC) office and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

- Project management of marketing and communications projects and activities
- Corporate strategy administration
- Supporting collation and coordination of content for digital platforms and marketing collateral
- Proofreading and editing
- Coordinating design of general marketing and company branding collateral, both print and digital
- Event and sponsorship coordination
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionally and coordination of the department's activities.

We are looking for a passionate, and creative individual with excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
- Experience managing multiple projects and working to deadlines
- Strong verbal communication, writing and editing skills
- A creative mindset and eye for design
- A can-do attitude and ability to collaborate
- Impeccable attention to detail and organisation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Active Campaign (highly desirable)
