**Join Our Team as a Scrip Settlements Manager - Stockbroking Operations**
Are you a seasoned professional in equity and options market settlements with a strong background in post-trade activities? We're looking for a skilled Scrip Settlements Manager to lead our dynamic Stockbroking Scrip team. This role is pivotal in overseeing CHESS movements, corporate actions, and broker-to-broker transactions within the Domestic Equity market.

**Responsibilities**:

- **CHESS Market Obligations**: Ensure strict compliance with CHESS market obligations and regulations.
- **Broker-to-Broker Transfers**: Facilitate secure transfers of CHESS holdings and Holder Identification Numbers (HINs) between brokers.
- **CHESS Conversions**: Manage conversions between Issuer-sponsored and CHESS-sponsored securities.
- **Settlements Oversight**: Supervise Delivery Versus Payment (DVP) settlements, margin lending settlements, and off-market transfers.
- **Corporate Actions**: Coordinate corporate actions, takeovers, buybacks, and market protections.
- **Sponsored CHESS Holdings**: Oversee the operation of sponsored CHESS holdings.
- **Options Collateral Management**: Ensure accurate management of options collateral.
- **MFunds on ASX**: Handle Mutual Funds (MFunds) on the ASX platform.
- **Trade Monitoring**: Keep a vigilant eye on trade bookings and suspense accounts, taking necessary actions.
- **ASX Bookbuilds and IPOs**: Lead technical management for ASX Bookbuilds and IPOs.
- **Market Initiatives**: Oversee the review and implementation of market and business initiatives.
- **Procedure Development**: Develop and implement operational procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
- **Process Automation**: Proactively seek opportunities to streamline and automate processes, potentially using robotics.

- Strong understanding of equity and options market settlements.
- Team management experience.
- Knowledge of CHESS market obligations and regulations.
- Proficiency in corporate actions and post-trade activities.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with software and system upgrades.
- Experience with GBST Shares.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
