**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Manager Payroll is responsible for leading and managing team/s that provide a range of employee services, including administration and processing of payroll, leave and employee related entitlements for teaching, non-teaching and/or executives cohorts to meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance. The role also leads the ongoing development of standardised and improved processes and procedures to optimise service delivery.

**ABOUT YOU**

You have significant experience leading and managing the delivery of a diverse range of payroll and employee related services in a large and complex organisation. Ideally, you have experience using SAP. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to effectively liaise with other key stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.

In addition, you will have the following:

- Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent experience.
