As a Psychology Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the agency's quality and ethical standards of psychology services. You will maintain policies and procedures, oversee psychology examiners, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement quality improvement initiatives.

**Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the Clinical Point of Contact for the organisation
- Oversight of Psychology Examiners to meet APS Code of Ethics
- Delegate and oversee psychology testing by the Psychology Examiners
- Develop and supervise the training and quality assurance program for the Psychology Examiner group
- Ensure validity and reliability of test practices per Commonwealth-approved standards
- Drive quality assurance in psychology-related policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain training plans to ensure consistency across clinical suppliers.

**Profile**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor of Psychology with current unrestricted registration as a psychologist on AHPRA
- Ability to obtain WWCC if required
- Experience in Defence Force Recruiting is desirable
- Proficiency in electronic reporting systems (e.g., RiskMan, Protecht) and health records/systems.
- Demonstrated experience in psychometric testing, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in independent psychology determinations, coaching, mentoring, and implementing change and quality assurance projects.
