Are you an experienced Claims Advisor passionate about making a positive impact? Join our team and take charge of a diverse workers' compensation claims portfolio in the vibrant Queensland region.

The Role 

  • Manage approximately 45 claims across 80-90 worksites in Queensland
  • Oversee a diverse range of claims including manual handling, aggression (OVA), mental health, and secondary psychological cases-
  • Calculate current weekly earnings for fortnightly payroll processing-
  • Work predominantly from the Beenleigh office with flexibility for home-based work and minimal travel required

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience managing workers' compensation claims in Queensland
  • Ability to handle diverse claim types with expertise
  • Strong skills in calculating current weekly earnings for payroll
  • Current Working with Children and Police Checks- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

  • A proven track record managing claims under the QLD legislation.  
  • Ideal but not imperative woud be experience under NSW legislation.
