**The Role**

We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced
**Transport Manager** to join our growing team in
** Hoxton Park**,
**NSW**.

This is a great career opportunity for our expanding network. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational delivery, quality, service and integrity of the transport services across our business.

**Specifically, this will involve**:

- Managing and planning the transport functions for our customers nationally
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external and internal client base
- Supporting re-engineering and upgrading of systems/processes of our transport management system
- Leading Carrier reviews across the country and ensuring effective on-boarding and ongoing performance management of our delivery partners
- Managing month end processes

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in the Transport/Logistics and/or Freight Forwarding industry
- Previous experience in managing customer relationship’s
- 5+ years’ experience in transport / logistics operations and industry as a senior Transport manager
- Proven customer service and communication skills in a 3PL/transport environment
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Proven problem solving and time management skills
- Strong understanding of TMS and WMS systems
- Supply Chain or Business Degree qualified
